This notice explains how Eagle Solutions handles the personal data you provide through the eaglesolutions.ro website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we collect, and why?
Contact form
If you fill in the form on the Contact page, your name, email address, phone number, subject, indicated budget and message reach me directly by email and are at the same time stored in the website database, so that no inquiry is lost to a possible email delivery failure. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and any related communication, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Technical data (server logs)
The website’s hosting provider (Hostinger) may record visitors’ IP addresses and other technical log data as part of standard operations, based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), for the purpose of running the service securely and preventing abuse.
Cookies
This website uses cookies. You can read about cookie categories, their purpose and how your consent is handled in detail on the Cookie Policy page.
How long do we keep your data?
Data received through the contact form is kept in the website database for a maximum of 24 months from submission, after which an automated daily process permanently deletes it. Submissions marked as spam are deleted after 30 days. Exceptions apply only where the law requires the data to be retained, or where the accounting records of a collaboration arising from the inquiry require longer retention. The copy that reached me by email is subject to the retention rules of my own correspondence. If you would like earlier deletion, simply let us know at hello@eaglesolutions.ro.
Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only reach the technical service providers necessary to operate the website (e.g. the hosting provider), acting as data processors under our instructions.
What rights do you have?
Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request its correction or deletion; request restriction of processing; object to processing; and request data portability. To exercise these rights, write to hello@eaglesolutions.ro.
Filing a complaint
If you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable law, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority – in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), or the data protection authority competent in your own country.
