The first conversation is a video call or a phone call, after that you follow the work on a private preview address, and before launch we check everything together. For manufacturers: a B2B site that brings quote requests

At a manufacturing company in the Covasna area the website rarely sells directly. Its job is to convince a buyer that requesting a quote is worth their time. That takes specifics: what you make, at what capacity, from which materials, with which certifications, and who you have supplied so far. A reference and a real photo from the production floor are worth more here than any marketing copy. I build the quote request form so the buyer supplies what you need for an answer in the first round (quantity, deadline, technical parameters), so two emails are not spent clarifying the basics.

Cultural institutions and events

Sfântu Gheorghe has a strong cultural scene, and institutional websites have their own requirements: a programme calendar the staff fill in themselves, an archive of past events, ticket sales or a button to an external ticketing system, and several editors with different permissions. I configure these so that a colleague who is not an IT person can use them confidently and cannot break anything by accident.

What maintenance means in practice

WordPress and its plugins are updated monthly, and a good share of those updates are security fixes. If they are skipped, the site can eventually be compromised. Automated bots try this every day. The maintenance package covers running updates under supervision, daily backups, filtering login attempts, monitoring speed, and a few hours of content changes each month.
